Refund policy

Each of our items is made especially for you. This means that once an order is placed, we cannot issue a refund; however, if a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we will offer a free reprint or a refund if reported within 30 days of delivery with photo proof of the issue; customers cannot return items simply because they changed their mind about the size or color.
Please note:
  • No standard returns:
    Since products are custom-made, customers cannot usually return items for a refund unless there's a manufacturing defect.
    Damaged product replacement:
  • If a product arrives damaged, contact us at HapaBrandDesigns@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo of the issue to request a free reprint.
    Manufacturing error refund:
  • If a manufacturing error occurs, we will provide a refund or replacement upon contacting support with proof.
